A trusted advisor to some of the world’s most respected organisations, including the UK’s largest property franchise group, Adrian has built a reputation for integrity and results, operating with a partnership first approach in everything he does.
A former professional footballer, Adrian now balances his consultancy and investment ventures with a family life, enjoying time with his five children and three grandchildren.
Charlie Hughes
Co-Founder
Charlie is an professional footballer who plays for EFL Championship club Hull City. At the age of 22, Charlie has amassed an impressive investment portfolio having already invested in Stocks, Shares, Crypto, Gold, Whiskey and Fine Wines. Focused on maximising his earnings and ensuring the best possible future, Charlie now provides essential funding to support our private and joint venture property developments and acquisitions. He also is committed to supporting a variety of community based schemes and has a keen interest in Affordable and Social Housing.
Angela Hughes
Marketing Director
Angela is the energy and heartbeat of our brand. With over 30 years of corporate operations experience, she brings an expert eye for investment opportunities and a natural flair for connecting people with property. Angela leads on all aspects of marketing intelligence, investment due diligence and property sourcing.
Angela also leads our bespoke relocation service, where she has developed a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail, delivering tailored support to individuals and families moving across or into the UK.
A mother of five and grandmother of three, Angela balances her passion for property with a love for travel and cooking.
James Murray
Social Media Manager
James is a developer by profession with a wealth of skills, expertise and creativity that supports his responsibility for developing, guiding and monitoring CRH Property Group presence across multiple social media platforms. James is also responsible for Investor Pack content including the provision of meticulous detail required for each investment opportunity and property acquisition. James dedicates his time between content creation and monitoring customer feedback. James also provides essential IT support to the CRH Property Group team.
