Renters' Reform Act

The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 is now law, effective via Royal Assent on October 27th 2025, with the first tranche of the Act due to come into effect in late December 2025.  The full Renters' Rights Act 2025 is now available on the government website in pdf form.
